Tahanan ISA zalimi diri sendiri – Ahmad Zahid Hamidi

  1. Salam,

In Malaysia we enjoy the liberal Democracy with broad sosial welfare state support broad racial, ethnic, genders and religous tolerence.More readily embrace pluralism, and affirmative action.

The Malaysian must remember the goverment have dual responsibility of :

1.Economics freedom may lead to gross inequality among the races.

2.FREE SPEECH may lead to speech that is obscene blasphemous,or treasonous will cause severe damages to inter-relation among the races.

So every citizen in Malaysia to understand the country Democratic Liberal policies may to consider in difference terms. The role of the Goverment as promoter of freedom and same time they have a duty as a protectector of the majority people; if not the Malaysian may come to confilict.

All elected representative in Goverment are subjected to the rule of the law,and their power is moderated by consitution law.Which emphasizes the protection of rights and freedoms of individuals and it also limits this freedoms of induviduals by the will of the majority. If the majority of citizens aggreed with the implementation ISA to curb the racial tension in this country cause by the certain unresponsibility group of people for their own political ambitions, it is necessary to take the action on them without any favours.

  2. Mamak Alor Setar

Ahmad Zahid Hamidi talk so much and play racist card because he is contesting for high post in Umno party election.
We do not respect this kind of politician.

  3. How bad ISA is, however, I think it is functional and effective in preserving harmony and social order of our country. The U.S. government also has been severely criticized by human rights groups for using “extraordinary renditions” in its war against terrorism. I begin to wonder, why a powerful country like the U.S. relies on the ISA-like system? I thought because it is simply effective!
